The price of a terrace roof depends on various factors:

You usually need a building permit for a terrace canopy, even if it is of a simple construction, since it is often considered as a conversion of an existing house. It is therefore advisable to check with the relevant building authority beforehand. 

If your terrace canopy's frame and substructure are made of aluminum or steel, simply clean the material using water and a mild detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that have a scouring or abrasive effect, since these can attack the coating and the material. 

When cleaning glass roofs, you should use as much clean water as possible, which you can enrich with a little neutral detergent. 

Avoid using acids, alkalis, or coarse cleaning products such as abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or blades, since these will damage the glass roof. Cleaners containing solvents (such as benzine or thinners) are also unsuitable. Also avoid using pressure washers, since they can damage seals, causing the glass roof to leak.
